We’re passionate about helping you find your way.
Meet Alyea Kean
(LMHC Clinician)
Hello everyone! Thank you for taking the first step by reaching out to better yourself and your life!
So that you can better understand who I am and how I can help you, I want to share some information about myself.
I graduated with my BS in Social Psychology from Florida Atlantic University. After that, I obtained my MS in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University in Florida. Once school ended I began working in substance abuse treatment facilities throughout south Florida and soon after obtained my License and became an LMHC. Working in substance abuse and mental health gave me a wide perspective and understanding of mental health and addiction. I worked with many different populations of people such as adolescents, elderly, couples, different races and cultures, LGBTQ as well as Veterans. While also continuing to be a therapist and work with patients one on one, I also started to focus on the administrative side of things and became a Clinical Director for several substance abuse facilities in Broward and Palm Beach County in South Florida.
When I realized that being in that role of Clinical Director was not my true passion, I continued to focus heavily on working one on one with patients again and opened up my own practice. I knew I wanted to help people be able to live their best lives and I knew in order to do that I needed to get more training and certifications so I can do more as a clinician to better assist people. I then became trained and certified in EMDR, Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy, DBT, IFS, Inner Child work, and Life Coaching.
I am a think outside the box therapist. I truly want people to feel confident, loved within themselves, secure, healthy and free. In order to help you get there, I believe that tapping into a range of therapeutic modalities is essential to helping people connect with their authentic selves.

Meet Alexia
(LMHC Clinician)
Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a passion for helping individuals of all ages navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with their sense of inner strength.
I earned my B.A. in Counseling Psychology and my M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johnson & Wales University.
My clinical journey began working in a Title I school where I created a therapeutic community gardening program to support student mental health and build resilience. After that, I spent two years as an in-home clinician before transitioning into outpatient therapy, school-based therapy work, and now individual care.
I have experience supporting clients with a wide range of clinical needs, including personality and conduct disorders, substance use disorders, bipolar disorder, and attachment difficulties.
I specialize in mood and trauma-related conditions. My therapeutic style is eclectic, drawing from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to meet the unique needs of each client.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that healing happens within safe, supportive relationships.
Meet Eunice
(LMHCA Clinician)
Hi, my name is Eunice David, and I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate. I’m honored to be your therapist and to walk alongside you on your healing journey. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you explore your experiences and begin to heal at your own pace.
I work with teens, adults, and individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and identity exploration. I especially enjoy supporting LGBTQ+ clients and couples, those in alternative or polyamorous relationships, individuals with ADHD, and clients navigating BIPOC, multicultural, and spiritual experiences.
My Approaches
I integrate holistic psychotherapy, psychoeducation, CBT, DBT, ACT, play and art therapy, somatic practices, EMDR, mindfulness, self-empowerment tools, yoga, breathwork, meditation, and spiritual exploration to support healing for mind, body, and spirit.
I offer in-person and Telehealth sessions, creating a collaborative and compassionate space to help you feel empowered, grounded, and ready to grow.
Meet Courtney
(LMHC Clinician)
Hi! My name is Courtney. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Holistic Counseling and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Mental Health from Salve Regina University. My approach to therapy is holistic, person-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed. I believe that meaningful therapeutic work involves looking at the whole person—the mind, body, emotions, relationships, experiences, beliefs, values, and even the parts of ourselves that can be difficult to put into words.
I’m also a deeply spiritual and intuitive person, and I love exploring the many different ways we can better understand ourselves. When it feels meaningful and aligned with a client, I’m open to conversations about astrology, Human Design, numerology, spirituality, intuition, energy, and the deeper patterns we notice in our lives. I don’t believe there is one right way to understand ourselves or our experiences. I’m much more interested in curiosity than certainty, and in helping you discover what resonates with you.
My style is very human. I’m warm, compassionate, passionate about the work I do, and I believe there should be room for humor, laughter, creativity, play, and joy in therapy. I’m not afraid to offer a perspective, ask a challenging question, or make a suggestion when I think it could be helpful, while also recognizing that you are ultimately the expert on your own life. I want our work together to feel collaborative rather than prescriptive.
Most importantly, I want therapy to be a space where you can show up as your whole, messy, complicated, wonderful human self. You don’t have to have everything figured out. You don’t have to know exactly what you need. We can be curious together.
Meet Kathy
(LMHCA Clinician)
Hello, my name is Kathryn Torimoto, I go by Kathy. I have been passionate about self-development most of my adult life, first as a Spiritual & Transformational Life Coach. Then I ultimately pursued a career in mental health counseling. I completed my BA in Liberal Studies: Intersectionality & Healing Trauma at Antioch University, Seattle, WA. Then I completed my MA in Counseling: Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adler University in Chicago, IL. I chose Adler University because they had a social justice track along with mental health counseling. I have worked with many diverse cultures over 20 years.
I look forward to collaborating with you on your healing journey. My goal is to help you fall in love with yourself, maybe for the first time. Through self-love and self-compassion acknowledge the gifts that are inherent within you. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, space that meets you where you are and then together, we can explore your deepest dreams and highest potential. A space where you are seen, heard, validated, understood and honored. Regardless of what your journey has been so far, you can write and live a better future by healing the wounds of the past.
I work with young adults, individuals, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and identity exploration. I have worked in private practice and then in Addiction Treatment, so I fully understand addiction and substance abuse. Generally, there are unaddressed reasons for the substance abuse, these are what we explore together.
My Approach:
I approach clients through a trauma informed lens. My therapeutic style is eclectic, because there is no one right way to heal. No two people are the same, each person is unique and has their own journey and path. I draw from a wide range of modalities Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I am continually expanding my knowledge through additional trainings and conferences. My passion is to help heal as many people as I can and I believe the best way to do that is to continually be learning myself.
