Job Description:
Infused With Love Therapy is a small husband and wife owned clinical and spiritual/holistic private practice. We are growing and very excited to add someone new to be a part of this amazing work we do here! We see the power in combining clinical and holistic/spiritual practices with our patients. The ideal candidate should be open to psychedelic assisted therapy or is already trained in psychedelic assisted therapy. We also refer patients to providers we are partnered with for reiki, reflexology, working with Shamans, as well as energy frequency healing that is sometimes used in our own therapy sessions.
We are seeking a passionate, well rounded, clinical and spiritual/holistic Mental Health Therapist to join our team. This role involves providing therapeutic support to individuals dealing with various mental health challenges, including those with depression, PTSD, anxiety as well as personality disorders. The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient settings and be skilled in a range of therapeutic modalities. You will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys through effective counseling and support.
Responsibilities:
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the needs of clients.
Develop and implement treatment plans based on client assessments and goals.
Provide case management services, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support.
Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including behavioral therapy, trauma therapy and possibly psychedelic assisted therapy
Address gender issues in counseling sessions, fostering an inclusive environment.
Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients.
Skills Required:
Master's Degree (Required)
Licensed in mental health counseling such as LMHC/LCSW (Required)
Strong knowledge of outpatient mental health practices.
Mental health counseling: Min 1 year (Required)
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques and practices.
Skills in case management, ensuring holistic client care.
Ability to provide direct support to clients facing various challenges.
Understanding of gender issues and sensitivity towards diverse populations.
Knowledge/experience in psychedelic assisted therapy.
Experience providing trauma therapy such as EMDR (Specialty Not Required but Beneficial)
Job Type: Contracted 1099 position
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
